Happy Hour
Thursdays at 8:30 PM on WVAH Fox 11

Happy Hour cast "Happy Hour" ... free buffalo wings ... half-priced drinks ... and the time between the end of one relationship and the start of another.

Straight arrow Henry Beckman (John Sloan) had it all: a great job, a perfect girlfriend and a sweet apartment. He was a big fish in the small pond of Amsterdam, Missouri. Then, as soon as he let Heather (Brooke D'Orsay) talk him into moving to Chicago to work in her family business, it all went wrong. In the span of one morning, Henry got dumped by Heather, the girl he thought was "the one," learned he lost his job, and got kicked out of their apartment. It was in this vulnerable state that he found his new roommate, a vain and flashy yet loveable rogue named Larry Cone (Lex Medlin).

Larry had just lost his own roommate and best friend, Brad (Nat Faxon). In Larry's opinion, Brad has suffered a fate worse than death -- he's gotten engaged to the shrew Tina (Jamie Denbo), a cold and controlling fiancée who's immune to Larry's considerable charm. Larry needs a new roommate, but more than that he needs somebody to listen to his provocative theories about life and women. After all, one can't be a charismatic leader without followers.

Under Larry's tutelage, Henry begins to rebuild his life and goes to work for Larry's childhood friend Amanda (Beth Lacke), a beautiful mess who's unsuccessfully trying to emulate her perfect ideal of womanhood, Kelly Ripa.

Will Henry manage to hold onto his traditional values and remain a hopeless romantic? Or will Larry indeed "build a better Brad"? Whatever happens on the way to Happy Hour, around four o'clock, they will always have an excuse to order a round and raise a glass.

Happy Hour is produced by Double Double Bonus Entertainment, Inc. and Werner Gold Miller in association with Warner Bros. Television. Jackie Filgo and Jeff Filgo are the creators of the series and Jackie Filgo, Jeff Filgo, Tom Werner, Eric Gold and Jimmy Miller are executive producers.
