Governor, US attorney to speak at graduation of 27 West Virginia State Police cadets

SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va.


Twenty-seven new troopers are joining the West Virginia State Police.

The 64th cadet class is set to graduate Friday. The ceremony is set for 10 a.m. at Ferrell Hall on the West Virginia State University campus in Institute.

Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin, U.S. Attorney William Ihlenfeld and State Police Superintendent Col. C.R. "Jay" Smithers will speak.
