A man convicted in a Pennsylvania wreck that killed a sheriff's deputy has pleaded guilty to charges in West Virginia.
No sentencing date was immediately set. The Dominion Post reports prosecutors plan to recommend a sentence of up to 18 years for Green.
The charges stem from a 2012 hit-and-run accident. West Virginia authorities pursued Green's truck into southwestern Pennsylvania, where it crashed into Monongalia County Sgt. Todd May's cruiser. May was killed.
Green was convicted of third-degree murder in Pennsylvania and is serving 25 to 50 years in prison.
