A West Virginia coal company has been ordered to bargain fairly with the United Mine Workers and to stop conduct aimed at frustrating the negotiating process.
Cobalt stopped mining coal at the mine on Nov. 7, 2012, and later contracted with another company to reopen it.
The Charleston Gazette reported Bogas' ruling, which was issued last week.
Cobalt director Al Kroontje declined to comment to the newspaper.
Cobalt was featured on Spike TV's 2011 reality show "Coal."
