Randolph County considers ban on synthetic drugs, proposed ordinance passes 1st reading

Bath salts and other synthetic drugs would be banned in Randolph County under a proposed ordinance.
The Inter-Mountain reports that commissioners unanimously approved the ordinance's first reading on Thursday.
Randolph County Sheriff Mark Brady told the commission that bath salts have no medicinal value.
