A Clay County man has been charged with child abuse after West Virginia State Police say he injured his twin infant daughters.
Police said in a news release that troopers received a 911 call from a social worker at Charleston Area Medical Center's Women and Children's Hospital. After the responding to the hospital, they learned the seven-week-old infants had severe injuries including several broken bones and brain bleeds.
According to the release police believe that Osborne "violently grabbed the infants as they were crying and held them tightly against his chest."
