Several community organizations are getting federal funding to prevent and reduce substance abuse among youth in West Virginia.
The money comes from the Office of National Drug Control Policy's Drug-Free Communities grant program. It's supported by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
Rockefeller and Manchin say West Virginia communities are in need of meaningful investments in prevention efforts targeted at reducing substance abuse among our youth.
