A grand jury in West Virginia has declined to indict five police officers involved in the fatal shooting of a Virginia man.
She declined to identify the five Martinsburg officers.
Police have said 50-year-old Wayne Arnold Jones of Stephens City, Va., was shot on March 13 after he stabbed on officer during a scuffle.
Jones' family filed a $200 million federal lawsuit against the city of Martinsburg and the five officers in June. The family's attorney, Sherman Lambert, says he's disappointed by the grand jury's decision.
Lambert says he plans to seek a federal investigation of the shooting.
