Kanawha man accused of bringing gun on school property receives 2 years of probation

A Kanawha County man accused of bringing a gun onto school property will spend two years on supervised probation.
Media outlets report that Kanawha County Circuit Court Judge Carrie Webster sentenced the 52-year-old Elswick on Wednesday.
Kanawha County sheriff's deputies arrested Elswick on Nov. 14, 2012, at Herbert Hoover High School after employees reported seeing a man brandishing a shotgun.
