The remains of a Virginia woman who disappeared in 2002 are being returned to her family in the Philippines.
Any leftover money will be used to set up an education fund for Tait's teenage daughter. The foundation says the daughter is living with relatives elsewhere in the U.S.
'Tait's body was found in 2002 in the Greenbrier State Forest in West Virginia. She wasn't listed as missing until 2011 and her body wasn't identified until fall 2012.
The Waynesboro woman's husband, 53-year-old Thomas Neal Tait, pleaded guilty in February to second-degree murder in West Virginia. He's serving a 30-year sentence.
