Gay-rights group filing federal lawsuit in W.Va. but won't reveal details until Tuesday

A national gay-rights organization is filing a federal lawsuit in West Virginia, but details are unclear.
It won't describe the lawsuit, but the group sued Virginia last month over its ban on gay and lesbian marriages.
Democratic Jefferson County Delegate Stephen Skinner says he'll comment afterward, but he tells The Charleston Gazette he believes the lawsuit will tackle a constitutional issue.
Skinner is the first openly gay member of the state Legislature.
The Virginia case argues that a state constitutional amendment prohibiting gay marriage and denying recognition of such unions sanctioned by other states violates the equal protection and due process clauses of the U.S. Constitution.
West Virginia doesn't allow same-sex marriage or recognize those that occurred in other states.
