A SAMPLING OF YOUR RESPONSES: I do agree with the marshals decision,however I feel for the man and his family but knowing the mans medical situation the family member could have prevented this from happening. Eddie, Nitro I think it was wrong to shoot him. The man's wife was trying to explain that he had a mental problem and I think she should sue for fausely accusation of having a bomb when he didn't even have one, and not listening to the man's wife. That innocent man was killed for having mental problem. That is not right. Anonymous, Charleston I think the police used excessive force when they shot that man. Could they not have tackled him or aimed for his leg rather than killing him? I don't like knowing that police are so trigger happy that they'll shoot anything. Yes they had a right to shoot him i will agree with that because they were being threatened because he could have been going for the bomb like he claimed or he could have been going for a gun. After 911 that is a serious issue and the man should of know better than to joke around like that and the air marshall was just doing his job and what he thought was best for the safety of everyone on the plane. Now if you even think about going to the airport (if you have a lick of sense) you empty your pockets and act accordingly. Unfortunatly 9/11 has changed our world for ever. If they dont have guns then they dont have any reason to be on the plane the passengers can take care of it with their fighting skills. If you can jack a whole airplane with box cutters then something is wrong somebody on that 9/11 flight could fight they just didnt take the chance that could have saved many lives.
