FATAL SHOOTING-COLUMBUS
1 person killed in south Columbus shooting; children in house unhurt

COLUMBUS, Ohio


One person is dead after a shooting in south Columbus.

Police say they were called around 2:30 a.m. Friday to a shooting at a home, where 26-year-old Carlton Green was found wounded inside. He died later at a hospital.

Police say Green and the suspect were involved in an argument just before. Then, they say, the suspect returned and fired into the house, hitting Green.

Children were in the home but were unhurt.

There have been no arrests.
