UPPER SANDUSKY, Ohio
A judge says a northern Ohio man is fit to go on trial in the shooting deaths of his estranged girlfriend and another man at a sportsmen's club last November.
He's already pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to aggravated murder in the shootings at the Carey Conservation Club in Wyandot County about 75 miles northwest of Columbus.
Authorities say 49-year-old Roger Fredritz of Carey and Cynthia Hawkinberry of Tiffin died in early November after being shot several times.
The Advertiser-Tribune in Tiffin reports that a clinical psychologist found there was no evidence that the 65-year-old Clark was incompetent to stand trial.
A message seeking comment was left with Clark's attorney.
