Ohioans endure below-zero temperatures for a second day, many schools remain closed

Ohioans were waking up to below-zero temperatures again and many schools throughout the remained closed a second day because of the dangerous cold.
University Hospitals in Cleveland said one person treated for hypothermia died there on Monday. Authorities in Toledo say a 90-year-old woman died Monday after her car got stuck in the snow and she tried to walk home.
Recreation centers opened as warming facilities in some cities, and outreach efforts worked to get homeless people out of the cold.
The coldest temperatures in Ohio in decades also closed Ohio State University and caused the state Legislature to shuffle its schedule.
