BOWLING GREEN, Ohio
An appeals court has overturned the drug possession conviction of a northwestern Ohio man who argued a traffic stop violated his state constitutional rights against illegal search and seizure.
The court says the drugs seized in the stop should have been excluded from evidence.
Brown was convicted for having oxycodone. He pleaded no contest and was sentenced to three years.
The county prosecutor didn't return a call seeking comment Monday.
