Cincinnati residents are sounding off on the city's new streetcar project for the second day in a row as the city council considers axing it.
The council is set to vote Wednesday on whether to immediately halt construction on the $133 million streetcar project. It's been under construction for months after surviving two voter referendums and funding challenges.
The city has spent more than $23 million on the project and has another $94 million obligated in contracts.
Cranley ran on a promise to stop the streetcar and argues it's too expensive. Supporters say the project is too far along to stop now and that it will be an economic boon.
