Police in Ohio say a 14-year-old accused of bringing a pellet gun to school that caused a lockdown and short standoff has been charged.
Police say he suffered minor injuries after officers fired a bean bag round at his feet to end the standoff. No one else was hurt.
The boy is charged with making terroristic threats and illegal conveyance of a dangerous ordnance.
Another student says the boy had been kicked out of class and sent to a room for students serving in-school suspensions.
She says he told a school police officer that he had a gun and flashed it, causing other students to flee.
