A children's services agency report says group-home workers had taken a knife away from a 16-year-old foster child less than two weeks before the teen was charged with fatally stabbing a jogger in an Ohio park.
Another report said in February the teen tried to exchange his Xbox gaming system for a gun.
Franklin County Children Services said it is reviewing all of its group home placements after the teen was charged with the fatal stabbing of a 55-year-old woman in Ridgewood Park on Oct. 20.
