A Cleveland woman has lost an appeal of her 11-year prison sentence for forcing a 16-year-old girl into prostitution.
As part of a plea agreement, Richardson pleaded guilty last year sex trafficking, while other charges including child pornography were dropped.
Richardson argues that she should have gotten a lighter sentence for her cooperation and because her crime involved "only one minor and was not extensive."
The judges ruled that Richardson failed to meet the "demanding burden" of showing that her sentence was unreasonable.
Police arrested Richardson after a 16-year-old girl called authorities and reported that Richardson was prostituting her.
