New websites for State Fair Board facilities aim to make Louisville visits easier

Meeting planners, exhibitors and visitors can get a better idea of two Kentucky State Fair Board facilities in Louisville before they arrive with new websites unveiled this month.

The websites for the Kentucky Exposition Center and the Kentucky International Convention Center feature their first updated designs in three years.

Information on the sites includes floor plans, on-site amenities and available services.

Fair Board President and CEO Rip Rippetoe says the idea is for guests' first experiences to be great even before they arrive in Louisville.

The convention center is downtown Louisville's largest meeting space. The exposition center is the sixth largest facility of its kind in the U.S. and is adjacent to Louisville International Airport.
