Reported: Friday, October 25, 2013 3:23 PM EDT
Indiana Department of Health officials say samples taken from a southern Indiana orchard and winery have tested negative for E. coli.
Dana Huber of the orchard and winery said Huber's is awaiting official confirmation.
Turney said three children who contracted E. coli visited Huber's between Sept. 20 and 28. The state previously confirmed a link between the cases after testing known as genetic fingerprinting indicated similar strains of bacteria.
Two of the children are from Louisville and one is from Indiana.
E. coli infection can cause mild diarrhea or more severe complications, including kidney damage.
