Since 1982, WVAH Fox 11, a FOX Television Network affiliate, has been serving the Charleston-Huntington television market. The market is ranked 65 in size (population) in the United States. We reach over 479,750 TV households and over 34 counties spanning three states. Geographically, Charleston-Huntington is the second largest TV market east of the Mississippi River. With 1 hour driving time between its two major metropolitan areas and approximately 4 hours travel time to traverse its borders, Charleston-Huntington includes an area of diverse social and economic characteristics. From the coal fields of eastern Kentucky, to the rolling farmland of southern Ohio, and the mountainous timberland regions of central West Virginia, the Charleston-Huntington TV market includes many different lifestyles.
